Terms of service

1. General provisions

The service provider is Nikita Roskladka (NiRo), NIP 5243068331. Contact: kontakt@pryzmastudio.pl.

Using this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope of services

The studio provides web design and development services, e-commerce stores, accessibility (WCAG) implementations, and care and growth services. The exact scope of each project is defined in an individual offer or contract.

3. Enquiries and concluding a contract

Submitting the contact form constitutes an enquiry and is not equivalent to concluding a contract. A contract is concluded once the scope, timeline and remuneration have been agreed in a separate document.

4. Remuneration and payments

Prices shown on the website are indicative “from” prices and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The standard billing model is a 50% deposit to start and 50% on approval, with larger projects billed in stages; the prices shown are final; the service provider benefits from a VAT exemption, unless the contract provides otherwise.

5. Copyright

The transfer of economic copyright or the granting of a licence to the delivered work takes place on the terms set out in the contract, usually after full payment.

6. Complaints and liability

Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@pryzmastudio.pl. We handle them within a reasonable time, no longer than 14 days.

The service provider's liability is limited to the scope arising from the contract and applicable law.

7. Final provisions

Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law. The service provider may amend these terms for valid reasons, announcing changes on the website.
