Privacy policy
This policy describes how studio Pryzma processes the personal data of visitors to this website and users of the contact form, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Nikita Roskladka (NiRo), NIP 5243068331 (sole proprietorship). Contact for data protection matters: kontakt@pryzmastudio.pl.
2. What data we collect
Data submitted via the contact form: full name, e-mail address and, optionally, company name, budget and the message content.
Technical data collected automatically (IP address, device/browser type) for security and statistics, to the extent necessary for the website to operate.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and replying: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Website security and abuse prevention (e.g. spam limiting): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Privacy-friendly statistics and analytics: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website may use privacy-friendly analytics that does not require consent to marketing cookies. If cookies requiring consent are introduced, users will be informed via a cookie banner.
5. Data recipients
The hosting and infrastructure provider (e.g. Vercel) and the transactional e-mail provider for the form (e.g. Resend). These entities process data as processors under data processing agreements.
Data is not sold. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with appropriate safeguards in place (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention period
Form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and afterwards for the limitation period of claims or until a valid objection is raised.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
