A site for a Lodz estate agent who sells flats in old tenement houses - a personal calling card running on her own hosting.

Challenge
In this trade people pick a person, not an agency, and competitors' sites all look the same. Her hosting also runs PHP only, so a modern site had to work without Node on the server.
Approach
We built the site in Next.js and exported it to static files that run on ordinary shared hosting. Colours and typography came from her printed materials, and every photograph is her own, because credibility is what she actually sells. The contact form sends through its own SMTP client, since mail() is disabled on that server.
Outcome
The site is live on her domain, the form delivers enquiries, and the content reads even with JavaScript switched off.
