Localisation

Your website in Polish, written by people who speak it

A machine-translated Polish page is worse than no Polish page. It reads as foreign in the first sentence, and a local customer quietly leaves. Translation is the easy half anyway - the hard half is a site where both languages stay in sync a year later.

What this covers

  • Polish written by native speakers, not machine output cleaned up afterwards
  • English, Ukrainian and Russian versions when your customers or staff need them
  • Language switching that keeps the visitor on the same page instead of dumping them on the homepage
  • hreflang and canonical tags set correctly, so Google shows the right language to the right person
  • Forms, error messages, invoices and email confirmations translated too, not just the visible pages
  • One system for both languages, so an edit cannot silently leave one version behind

Who needs it

  • Foreign companies whose Polish site was translated once and has drifted ever since
  • Polish businesses starting to sell abroad who need a credible English version
  • Stores that added a language through a plugin and watched the layout break
  • Anyone whose Polish page was written by an automatic translator and reads like it

Price

from 879

Adding a language to a site we build costs 249 zł per language. Translating and rebuilding an existing site is quoted per project - a multi-page company site starts at 879 zł. We are not a VAT payer, so these are final prices with nothing added on top. Launch pricing holds until 30.09.2026.

The part that breaks six months later

Most bilingual sites are not built bilingual. A second language gets added as a copy, and every later edit lands in one version only. Six months on the Polish page is quoting a price the English page has forgotten, and nobody notices until a customer does. Both languages have to live in one content structure from the start.

How we work on it

  • You get every translated text side by side with the original, so you can check what it says
  • Terms specific to your trade are agreed with you before they go into the site
  • Search-engine tags are part of the job, not an extra we bill later
  • This site itself runs in five languages, so the setup is one we maintain daily

Questions we get asked

On a site we build, each additional language is 249 zł. On an existing site the price depends on how it was built: if the structure allows a second language, we quote the translation and the setup; if a plugin added it as a broken copy, rebuilding the page structure is usually cheaper than repairing it. A multi-page site built from scratch starts at 879 zł.
